Please note our studio is on the third floor, with exterior stairs to access our space. We promise the climb will be worth it. We have very limited parking, therefore we appreciate carpooling, walking and biking.

About the studio
Parking
Parking is limited, we encourage alternative transportation. If you do drive please park in the angled spots closest to the exit.
Change rooms
We do have one bathroom in the studio, but please arrive ready to practice when possible as we do not have change rooms.
Check-in
As we are a small studio, we do not have a reception area. We will have an Ipad near the door for self check in, or our teachers will check you in. You can also self check in using our app.
Finding the studio
Please note we are on the third floor with no elevator and exterior stairs.
Where to put your belonging
Please take shoes off outside of our doors and carry them in. We have cubbies at the back of the studio to store your things.
What to bring
Please bring your own mat and water bottle. The studio provides blocks, bolsters and straps. You are welcome to bring your own blanket.
Studio etiquette & policys
Class start & end
- You are welcome to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to get settled
- Please arrive on time. We will close the doors 5 minutes after the start of the class to respect everyone’s practice.
- Please assist teachers in leaving the studio as you found it for the next class to enjoy.
Refunds
Passes are non refundable, but in extenuating circumstances please contact the studio as transfers may be possible.
