Holly Bender
Holly has been enjoying the benefits of body-mind wellness since 2008, starting her yoga journey with ashtanga, yin and meditation practices. From a passion to better understand the system and philosophy, as well as a desire to share these ancient technologies with others, she jumped into taking her first teacher training soon after, in 2009, and has continued to practice and train in various modalities ever since. Holly is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level with The Yoga Alliance, where she also holds a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher designation.

In 2014 she travelled to India to further immerse her practice and studies of yoga and bodywork, practicing with ashtanga lineage teachers, such as Saraswati Jois, and many other gifted teachers during her year of travels in India, Thailand, Bali, and Australia.

As she practiced over months and years, she did find relaxation and pain relief, but she also found things she didn’t know she was looking for. Becca’s practice began to reach beyond the physical, to the mindful and spiritual layers of her Self. Through breathwork and meditation, the benefits of yoga started to carry over into her life off the mat. Laura Depalma
Laura’s approach is rooted in Hatha Yoga, with a focus on creating a space where body and mindset meet. She believes that while movement is powerful, it’s mindset that transforms it. For example, in a simple Bear pose, she encourages students to shift their inner dialogue — saying things like “I am strong, I can do this.” It’s those small inner changes that ripple into big life shifts.
What she loves about this style is that it supports both those who simply want to relax and enjoy mindful movement, and those who are ready to explore deeper layers of mindset, self-awareness, and self-care.
