OUR TEAM

“Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.”

— Ryunosuke Satoro

She believes in yoga for life – taking every opportunity to weave the tools and practices of yoga that she has learned into her daily life. She is always looking for ways to deepen her practice and expand her study of yoga by continuously learning – not only from other teachers and colleagues, but also from students.

Once of her favorite quotes is from C.S. Lewis who said, “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream and new dream.”

Dedicated practitioner & three time award winning hypnotherapist, Kelly has created a safe space for anyone wanting to make change. She is here to guide you on your path to becoming the healthy and empowered individual you are within. Kelly’s caring and candid approach will leave you feeling confident knowing you are in good hands.

Kaitlyn LaRiviere

Kaitlyn has been (formally) practicing yoga for twenty years. What began as a way to move her body has grown into a lifelong practice of presence, growth, and self-discovery. Off the mat, she is a mom, social worker, and counsellor, experiences that shape her compassionate and balanced approach to teaching. Kaitlyn believes yoga is not just about postures, but about creating space—physically, mentally, and emotionally—for personal transformation. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a student-centered approach, encouraging others to explore their practice in a way that feels authentic and nourishing.

Missree Vachhani

Growing up in India, Missree was introduced to yoga from an early age, making it an integral part of her life. She is an electrical engineer and an MBA who has lived across three continents and revels in strategy and business development. She considers yoga to be her north star because of the versatility of yogic principles on and off the mat.

Missree’s teaching is inspired by the traditional Raja Yoga principles to help achieve body and mind awareness by focusing on stability (sthira) and ease (sukha). Her classes consist of philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation and chanting. She is a lifelong learner and is always up for a vibrant conversation about business, technology and vedic lifestyle.

Laura Depalma

Laura’s approach is rooted in Hatha Yoga, with a focus on creating a space where body and mindset meet. She believes that while movement is powerful, it’s mindset that transforms it. For example, in a simple Bear pose, she encourages students to shift their inner dialogue — saying things like “I am strong, I can do this.” It’s those small inner changes that ripple into big life shifts.

What she loves about this style is that it supports both those who simply want to relax and enjoy mindful movement, and those who are ready to explore deeper layers of mindset, self-awareness, and self-care.
